2. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting or using NoraBot on a Discord server you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms you must stop using the bot.

3. Requirements for Use

Users must follow all applicable laws and the rules of Discord when using NoraBot.

4. Prohibited Use

The following activities are not allowed when using NoraBot:

• Spamming bot commands
• Attempting to exploit or manipulate the bot
• Using automated scripts to abuse commands
• Manipulating game results or cheating
• Attempting to bypass moderation actions
• Using NoraBot in a way that disrupts normal operation

5. Automation and Abuse Prevention

Users may not interact with NoraBot through automated scripts, self-bots, or other automated systems designed to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate the bot’s functionality.

This includes automated gameplay or automated command execution.

Attempting to reverse engineer, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass limitations, or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of NoraBot is strictly prohibited.

6. Multi-Accounting

Creating or using multiple accounts to manipulate gameplay, rankings, statistics, or other NoraBot features is prohibited.

Accounts used for coordinated abuse or unfair advantages may be restricted or permanently banned from using NoraBot.

7. Good Faith Usage

Users are expected to interact with NoraBot in good faith.

The examples listed in these Terms are not exhaustive. Activities that intentionally abuse, disrupt, or manipulate the bot may result in moderation actions even if the specific behavior is not explicitly listed in these Terms.

8. Moderation and Bans

Nora Studios reserves the right to restrict or permanently ban users from using NoraBot if they violate these Terms or abuse the service.

Moderation actions may apply globally across all servers where NoraBot is used.

9. Game Features

Game statistics such as levels, points, rankings and other gameplay elements are part of NoraBot’s game system and may be adjusted, reset or modified at any time.

10. Service Availability

NoraBot is provided on an "as is" basis. Nora Studios does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the service.

11. Changes to the Service

Nora Studios may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of NoraBot at any time without prior notice.

12. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of NoraBot after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
